    2 LB. STEAK
    1 TBSP. CHOPPED FRESH OR 1 TSP. DRIED BASIL LEAVES
    2 TBSP REDUCED-SODIUM SOY SAUCE
    1 TBSP VEGETABLE OIL
    1 TBSP KETCHUP
    2 TSP. CHOPPED FRESH OR 1/2 TSP.OREGANO LEAVES
    1/2 TSP. SALT
    1/2 TSP. PEPPER
    1 CLOVE GARLIC FINELY CHOPPED

Directions

MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS EXCEPT FOR STEAK IN BOWL, PLACE STEAK IN MARINADE REFRIGERATE FOR AT LEAST 5 HRS NO LONGER THEN 24. CAN BROIL IT OR EVEN BETTER ON THE GRILL.
