    Very Good
I had this at a friends wedding last year and have been looking for a similar recipe ever since. This is it! Very good. You don't even know you're eating tofu. I made slightly thinner cards and about half as much. Even my fiance who hates tofu said he'd try it if I just served it without telling him - 9/3/10
