Ingredients

12C frozen broccoli and cauliflower
6C frozen mixed vegetables
1 can low fat cream of celery soup
2C shredded fat free cheese
1C shreded sharp cheddar
1 yellow onion (chopped)
2 cans tuna in water
1 or 2C nutritional yeast
2 T garlic powder
2 T black pepper
1 T paprika
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Boil water in a large pot and add veggies when boiling. Drain, and mix in the cream of celery, onion, fat free cheddar, and tuna. Mix well, then scoop into a large casserole. Top with sharp cheddar, black pepper, garlic, paprika and nutritional yeast, to taste. Bake at 350 for 20 min. or until crispy on top.
