Since it is just my husband and i, i like to cook big batches and then freeze in tinfoil freezer dishes (like small foil lasagna dishes) in 4 serving portions and freeze for suppers into the future! When I take them out of the freezer, I stick them into the fridge to thaw for the day, and pop in the oven for about an hour at 350.
