Ingredients

Barilla Whole Grain Penne 112 gram(s) dry / 247g cooked (about 4 servings)
Mild Italian Sausage (Turkey) 5 Links sliced
Kroger Break Free Egg Whites 0.25 cup or 1 egg white
Precious Low Fat Ricotta Cheese 1 cup
Dried Italian Seasoning, crushed, 1 tsp or more to taste
Classico Fire Roasted Tomato & Garlic Sauce 625 gram(s) 14.5oz jar
Zucchini, 1 cup, shredded
Weight Watchers Shredded Mozzerella Cheese 1 cup/84 gram(s)
Carrots, raw, 1 cup, shredded

Optional: Add extra tomatoes and mushrooms
Cook sausage with 2-3 garlic cloves sliced.
Directions
Cut Sausages into 1/4' rounds. Brown in non-stick pan with 1 cup of the marinara if needed to keep from burning.
Meanwhile - Prepare 4 servings of pasta according to box directions.
When pasta and meat are done, combine all ingredients (except Mozzerella) in large pan or pot and simmer for about 8-12 minutes or until sauce is hot enough.
Spoon into bowls and top with 1/4 c Mozzerella ea.
Serving Size = apx 1 cup
