Ingredients

2 8 oz packages tempeh, diced
1 c. fresh or frozen small sweet green peas
2 t. soy sauce
2 scallions, sliced thin
1 c. silken mayo dressing
2 Asian pears, large, diced
2 t. wasabi powder
2 t. lime juice
Directions
In a steamer basket, steam tempeh for 10 minutes. Add the peas and steam for another 3 to 4 minutes, until peas are bright green and tender. Remove from steamer, sprinkle with soy sauce and toss in a large bowl with the scallion. Allow to cool for a few minutes, Crush the tempeh cubes with your hands and toss in the diced pear.
In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients. Taste and adjust spice level with more wasabi if necessary.
Pour the dressing over the salad, toss to coat, then refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Store in an airtight container.
