Ingredients





    Ingredients:

    * Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Vanilla Extract, 1.50 tbsp (remove)
    * Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 2.50 cup, dry, yields (remove)
    * Applesauce, unsweetened, 0.75 cup (remove)
    * Banana, fresh, 1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) (remove)
    * Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Semisweet chocolate, 200 (remove)
    * Granulated Sugar, 1.33 cup (remove)
    * Whole Wheat Flour, 1.50 cup (remove)
    * Kirkland Brand Vanilla Soy milk, 0.13 cup (remove)





    Mix oatmeal, flour, baking soda and salt together in one bowl.
    Mash banana well in separate container.
    Mix sugar, applesauce, vanilla, and soymilk together in another bowl. Add banana. Blend well. Slowly mix in dry ingredients.
    Mix until happy camper.

    Spoon on ungreased baking sheet with tablespoon.
    Bake at 350 for 9-12 minutes.

Directions

makes 45 cookies when divided with a little more than a tablespoons worth of dough
