Ingredients

Yellow Onion, 1 medium.
Garlic, 1 head.
Olive Oil, 3 tbsp.
Stewed Diced Tomatoes, 2 - 13.5oz cans.
Long Grain White Rice, 4 cups.
Chili powder, 4 tbsp.
Salt, 2 tbsp.
Skinless Chicken Breast Strips, 2 lbs.
Sam's Cooked Seafood Combo (Paella Mix), 1 cup.
Smoked Sausage, Half a package.
Directions
Pour olive oil in to a large flat-bottom pan with high sides.
Pan-fry chicken in until brown and remove.
Dice onion and garlic.
Sauté onion and garlic until soft.
Mix in two cans of diced stewed tomatoes.
Pour in rice and add water to barely cover.
Cut chicken and sausage in to bite-sized pieces and stir in.
Cover and simmer for 15 mins.
Defrost seafood mix.
Stir in mix, cover and simmer for 5 mins.
Turn heat to high and let bottom crisp for 2 mins.
