These are so easy to make and really good for people with a lot of allergies (dairy, eggs, etc...) like myself. Besides, they are very low in calories! Hope you like them... Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1/4 cup (4 tbs) wheat germ
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 cup Splenda or any other sweetener
    1/2 cup orange juice (unsweetened)

    *cooking spray or muffin cups

Directions

1. Mix flour, wheat germ, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

2. Add applesauce, Splenda, and orange juice.

3. Mix until all ingredients blend together.

4. Spoon mixture into muffin pan (makes 6)

5. Bake at 400 degrees F (200 C) for 15-20 minutes.

Makes 6 muffins.
