    lemon juice from 3 lemons, use fresh


makes about 3 to 3.5 cups or 24-28 1 oz servings


heat milk to 180, add the lemon juice and let sit about 30 minutes, to get well curtled. Strain through cheese cloth. Refrigerate or freeze.
