Ingredients

    1 can S&W Black Beans, drained and rinsed
    1 Can Whole Kernel Corn, drained
    2 plum tomatos, diced
    1 small onion, minced
    2 TBS Pace Salsa(mild, medium or hot)
    1 small Avocado, peeled, pitted and diced

Directions

Mix all ingredients together.
Makes 6 salad servings or can be used wth
chips as a salsa/dip.

    Very Good
    Tasty, but I would add a few more ingredients to this for my husband and me. I realize it isn't the whole meal!! - 11/15/08
