    Oats, .5 cup
    Dannon All Natural, Plain Nonfat Yogurt, 4 oz (remove)
    Milk, 2%, .5 cup
    *Chia Seed, .33 tbsp


Mix all ingredients together the night before the meal. Refrigerate overnight. Remove from fridge, add toppings of choice (peanutbutter, chocolate chips, coconut, vanilla, cinnamon, etc) Makes 1-1/2 one cup servings

  • I loved this idea! I made mine with .5 C. whole grain old fashioned oats,.5 Fage 0% plain Greek yogurt and .5 C. plain Almond milk. in the morning I put about >5 Cup in a lidded bowl and took to work. I topped with craisins & pecans when I was ready to eat it. It is easy, filling & yummy - 4/29/14
