Ingredients

    4 cups Regular Oats (cooked)
    4 med granny smith apples shredded
    3 cups of raisins
    3/4 cup of honey
    1 20oz bag of frozen blueberries thawed
    1 cup of shredded coconut
    2 650ml Containers of either Fat Free or Regular Plain yogurt.
    cinnamon to taste

Directions

Cook oatmeal and set aside
Peel and shred apples and combine with all other ingredients in a large bowl.
Add oatmeal and cinnamon. Stir and cool overnight.
