Introduction

This is a perfect pick me up. I make a batch of it on Sunday and by wednesday I am ready to make another. This is a perfect pick me up. I make a batch of it on Sunday and by wednesday I am ready to make another.

Ingredients

    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) yields (remove)
    *sun dried tomato in olive oil 1 Tbsp, 3 serving (remove)
    Basil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Rosemary, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 Italian tomato (remove)
    *Saladena Feta Cheese Crumbles, 1 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)

Directions

Chop fresh rosemary, basil, tomatoes and onion into small pieces and mix in sundried tomatoes, feta and canned corn.

Throw in a little salt and pepper to taste.


I put this on top of bread, crackers, Sometimes I will even throw it between two corn tortillas and call it a quesadilla.

Its great all on its own or an add on to chicken.

The posibilities are endless on what you can accompany this with.
