Ingredients

6 slices whole grain bread, crusts trimmed if desired, cut into cubes.
4 Morning Star Farm Vegetarian Sausage Patties
1 1/2 c. Egg Beaters
2 c. Skim Milk
8 oz, Kraft Fat Free Cheddar
1 tsp. dry mustard (ground)
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp Nu Salt
Directions
Makes 6 servings:
preheat oven to 350
Spray 9X13 glass pan bottom and sides generously with cooking spray
Cook the 4 veggie sausage patties as directed on box, cool slightly; cut or crumble into small pieces.
Beat Egg Beaters, milk, mustard, salt and pepper until well mixed.
Stir in the bread cubes, cheese, sausage and mix well.
Pour into the greased pan, cover with foil and bake 45 minutes, remove the foil and bake for 15 minutes longer until golden brown and then test by sticking a knife into the center fo the dish, if done the knife will be "clean"
Cool 5 minutes and then cut into squares
