Ingredients

    2 cans chicken broth
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can carrot slices, drained
    1 can whole potatoes, drained, sliced
    1 can red kidney beans, drained
    1 c. long grain rice

Directions

Combine broth and soup in a crockpot. Add seasonings to taste. Add each vegetable to the pot and stir well. Cover, and let cook for 4 hours, Add 1 c. rice, and allow to cook for 30 more minutes before serving.

Makes 4 1.5c. servings.
