Ingredients

    *Potato, raw, 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
    Knorr Vegetable Bouillon, 2 serving
    *Snow's Chopped Clams in clam juice, 3 cans
    Kirkland Organic Low Fat Milk, 2 cups
    8 ozs additional clam juice
    garlic salt to taste
    seafood seasoning (old bay) to taste

Directions

Saute onions and celery in butter in large stock pan. 4 or 5 minutes. Add diced potatoes cook one or two more minutes. Season to taste. Add 2 cups water, bouillon, clam juice and cook (low boil) 20 minutes. Add milk, 3 cans of clam plus liquids. Heat and serve.
