Ingredients

    Breaded Chicken
    • 1/4 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs - Plain Style
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp onion powder
    • 1/2 tsp ground oregano
    • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
    • 3 servings Perdue Perfect Portion Boneless Chicken Breast
    Stuffing
    • 1 1/3 cup water
    • 1 tbsp light margarine
    • Stove Top Stuffing - Whole Wheat Chicken
    Chicken Gravy
    • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) Campbell's Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free)
    • 1 cup nonfat milk

Directions

  1. Preheat skillet to medium/low.
  2. In zip-lock baggy combine ingredients for breaded chicken (not including chicken) and mix well. I seperated out a serving for each chicken and breaded each individually to ensure they all were the same thickness but it's not necessary.
  3. Bread one breast, covering well so that no part of the chicken is visible. Place in skillet.
  4. Cook chicken 20 minutes, flipping ever 3 to 5 minutes to keep bread crust from burning.
  5. In 2 quart saucepan bring 1 1/3 cups water to boil. Add butter and bring back to boil.
  6. Add stuffing mixture to boiling water and mix quickly. Cover and remove from heat.
  7. In small saucepan add 1 cup milk and soup. Heat on medium/low. Do not allow to boil, just heat until hot.
  8. Cut chicken in thickest section to ensure done.
Serving size = 1 chicken breast, 1 cup stuffing and 2/3 cup gravy.
