Ingredients

    1/2 Medium Red Onion, Chopped (75g)
    1 Small Tomato, chopped (80g)
    1 Small Jalapeno, seeded and diced (10g)
    1 Large Mango, diced (160g)
    Juice of 1 Small Lime
    salt to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for 1 hour, to let flavors meld.

Makes approx. 7- 50g servings
