Delicious! If you have a food processor it should only take about 5 minutes to prepare. By hand, it takes around 30 minutes, but it's a great workout! :) Delicious! Ingredients

3 Cups Basil (whole leaves)
1 1/2 Cups Walnuts (shelled)
4 Cloves Garlic (peeled)
1/4 Cup Grated Parm Cheese
1 Cup Olive Oil
salt and pepper to taste (not included in nutrition)
Directions
Food Processor: Combine all ingredients and pulse until blended together.
By Hand: Finely chop basil. Chop walnuts until almost powder. Crush garlic. Add all ingredients together.
To store, place pesto in any container and cover with a thin layer of olive oil to retain color. Pesto will stay fresh in fridge for about a week-2 weeks.
To freeze, spoon pesto into ice cube trays in 2 TBSP servings. Freeze and then place in freezer bag. Replace pesto used from jar in fridge with frozen pesto as desired.
