Ingredients

1 tsp garlic olive oil
1 whole wheat pita bread
2 oz of freshly grated mozzarella cheese (part skim milk)
1/4 cup of ricotta cheese (part skim)
oregano, fresh leaves (chopped)
Directions
Brush your olive oil over pita bread. Then spread your mozzarella chees over the entire pita. Spoon, 3 dollops of ricotta over various parts of the pita. Sprinkle with your fresh oregano. Place your prepared pizza on a pizza baking pan and bake @ 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes(minutes may vary depending on oven temps)
