Introduction

A recipe I've had for years, it's delicious and bright on a hot summer day! A recipe I've had for years, it's delicious and bright on a hot summer day!

Ingredients

    2 Quorn "Naked" Chik'n Cutlets
    1 cup Pecans (Halves, toasted)
    1.5 cup Grapes
    .25 cup Light Mayo (I prefer Hellman's)
    .25 cup Reduced Fat Sour Cream
    2 tbsp Hony
    1 tsp Poppy Seeds
    Dash white or black pepper (to taste)
    Lettuce leaves

Directions

Combine chicken, grapes and pecans in large bowl; set aside. Stir mayonnaise, sour cream, honey, poppy seeds and pepper in small bowl to blend well; add to chicken mixture. Toss well to coat. If desired serve salad on lettuce leaves.
