    Brown and drain:
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 small onion, chopped

    Add:
    1 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. pepper
    salt optional
    2 (16oz) cans chopped tomatoes
    Simmer for 20 minutes

    Then add:
    1 16oz can cream style corn
    2 C cooked brown rice
    Heat through
