Introduction

Chicken and Noodles in a thai way Chicken and Noodles in a thai way
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Chicken
    Noodles
    Frozen vegetables
    Soy
    Sesam oil
    Peanut butter
    Curry paste
    Honey
    Vinegar

Directions

Fry the chicken in butter or oil. Add some oil and the frozen vegetables. Put a lid on the pan and leave it for 15 minutes. Crush the noddles so they become smal pieces (if you want). Boil some water in the water boiler. Put the noodles in a bowl, do not add the sauce you get with the noodles. Pour over the hot water, stir and leave it for about five minutes. MIx the ingredients that is left. When you think the vegetables is soft enough, add the noodles (after you have taken away the water) and then add the sauce. Stir in the pan so everything is covered with the sauce. Enjoy your meal. (I'm not sure a person from Thailand would call this thai food, but it's mine and it's good)
