Ingredients

1/2 cup olive oil, the best quality you can find
    1/2 cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cup light agave nectar (you could also use light honey)
Herbs of your choice, fresh or dried

Directions

Mix and enjoy! I love a sweet dressing and this is sooo good on a huge salad of all types of greens. Store in the fridge. NOTE: the olive oil will turn solid when it gets cold but not to worry, if you leave it out for about 15-20 minutes it will re-liquify.

    Incredible!
The agave nectar gives it just the slightest sweet taste. Just what's needed to brighten an otherwise bland dressing. - 6/16/13
