Introduction

Ingredients

    1- 6 oz can solid albacore tuna
    1- 10 oz can atlantic salmon
    3 oz imitation crab meat
    1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese
    3 tbsp fat free mayo
    1/4 cup chopped carrots
    1/2 cup chopped onion or 2 boiler onions
    2 romaine lettuce leafs shredded small, or chopped in food processor
    6 jumbo pitted black olives, chopped or sliced
    salt
    pepper
    citrus grill seasoning

Directions

Mix tuna, salmon and imitation crab meat together in a large bowl, mashing together well. Add mayo and cottage cheese and mix until seafood is well moistened. Add remaining ingredients into bowl, cover and refridgerate until ready to serve.

Serves 4-6 depending on meal size. Serve on crackers, toast or rice cakes.
