Introduction

I used soymilk for this recipe but regular milk would work just as well. You can vary the types of berries depending on what you have on hand. Ingredients

    1 Cup frozen Blueberries
    1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
    1/2 Banana
    6 oz. Light Vanilla Soy milk
    6 oz Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt

Directions

Add ingredients to blender and mix. Makes about 3 6 oz. servings.
