    Vietnamese River Cobbler 250g
    Scallions 5
    Celery 1 large stalk
    Canned Crushed Tomato 4 Tbsp
    Lemon Juice 2 Tbsp
    Cider or Malt Vinegar 2 Tbsp
    Garlic Powder 1 tsp
    French style green beans 2 cups
    Mashed Potato 2 cups


Makes Two servings

Place fish in a dish then cover with finely chopped celery and scallions.
Mix Lemon Juice, Vinegar, Tomato and Garlic powder then pour over fish and let stand for a little while.
Drain off liquid then parcel the fish, celery and scallion into a foil parcel and oven cook at 200c for 15 to 20 mins.
Serve with Mashed Potato and beans.
