    1 Tbsp bacon grease or oil
    2 potatoes, cleaned with skins, cubed bite size
    1/2 med. onion chopped
    garlic salt to taste
    pepper to taste


Heat bacon grease in small skillet over med. heat. Add potatoes and onions; season with garlic salt and pepper. Cook on medium-low 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender; stirring occasionally.

1 serving = 1/2 cup
