Ingredients

2 tbsp Olive Oil
Juice of one Lemon
pinch of cumin
1-2 cloves garlic
Sea Salt to taste
1/4 c raw pumpkin seeds Ground in a coffee grinder
1 tbsp Agave nectar ( optional, but it brings a nice balance to the dressing)
filtered water to thin if needed.
Directions
Grind pumpkin seeds in a coffee grinder until powdered or very finely ground. Add to Blender along with all other ingredients, blend until smooth. Add water as needed to thin.
