    Zucchini, 10 cup, sliced (remove)
    Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 2 cup (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    *Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Sheet Ready-to-Bake, 1.5 oz (remove)
    Milk, nonfat, .5 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 3 large (remove)

Directions

thinly slice zukes with mandolin. Arrange in pie plate pre lined with puff patry. Mince garlic and combine with egg, ricotta and milk. Beat unitl light and fluffy pour over lightly salted and peppered zukes. Bake at 375 for 30-45 minutes or unit crust is brouwn and zukes tender
