Ingredients

    3 banannas
    1 cup smart balance light
    4 large eggs
    1 cup water
    2 cups unnleached flour
    4 tsp baking powder
    2 tsp baking soda
    1 cup walnuts
    1/2 brown sugar blend

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Oil & flour 13 x 9 inch pan set aside.Cream smart balance and banannas together.Mix eggs and water together and beat into bananna mixture. Add remaining ingredients mix well .Bake for 40 minutes or until inserted kknife comes out clean

    serves 13
