Introduction

I created this after I had one of the best vegi burgers in a resturaunt. It's SOOO good. I'm addicted. I created this after I had one of the best vegi burgers in a resturaunt. It's SOOO good. I'm addicted.

Ingredients

    1 c quiona
    .25 c brown rice
    .5 c carrots, shredded
    .5 c zuccini, shredded
    1 c onion
    2 tbs garlic
    .5 c bread crumb
    1.5 c parsley
    .25 c parmesean cheese

Directions

Mix all ingredients (cooked quiona, cooked rice, cooked zuccini, cooked carrots, onion, garlic, bread crumbs, parsley and cheese) into a bowl.

Take ingredients and mold into patties. Cook on skillet until sides are brown. (no need to cook long if all ingredients are pre-cooked.)
