Ingredients

    green peppers - 147g
    onion - 147g
    jalapeno pepper - 32g
    red beans - 1 C
    tomato sauce (Sofrito) - 3 pkg
    ground beef - 310g
    garlic - 13g
    spices to taste

Directions

8 - 1 cup servings
Soak beans for at least 8 hours
Cook beans in lots of water and a rolling boil for 11\2 hours
Cook all the other ingredients and add to the cooked beans. Cook for at least 30 minutes more.
