Ingredients



    * Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)
    * Tofu, firm, 1 block (remove)
    * Vanilla (Pure Vanilla from Madagascar), 6 tsp (remove)
    * Honey - Organics Creamed Honey, 3 tbsp (remove)


Directions

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth and creamy. Makes 4 servings.

Surprisingly yummy. Can be used with graham crust for pie or flan.

    I haven't tried this yet but I'm going to have to try it soon. I have been craving banana pudding like my grandmother use to make with the vanilla wafers. If you want a true vegan version try substituting Agave Nectur for the honey. Can't wait to try sometime this weekend!! - 7/16/10
