Ingredients

Ketchup, Heinz, 1 tbsp
Cheddar Cheese, .5 cup, shredded
Carrots, raw, 1 medium
Chili powder, 1 tsp
Albertsons Kidney Beans 14.5 ounce can
Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
Olive Oil, 2 1tsp (remove)
Albertsons Traditional Canned Lentils, 2 cups canned
Kroger Bread Crumbs, 1 cup
Garlic, 1 clove diced
Tomato Paste 1 tbsp
Onions, raw, 1 medium chopped
Celery, raw, 2 stalks chopped
salt & pepper to taste
Directions
• Step #1 Preheat the oven to 350°F Lightly grease a 9"x5"x3" loaf pan.
• Step #2 Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion, garlic & celery & cook carefully for 5 mins, stirring every once in awhile.
• Step #3 Remove the pan from the heat & cool slightly.
• Step #4 Rince & drain the beans & lentils.
• Step #5 Place in a food processor with the onion mixture & egg & process until smooth.
• Step #6 Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add all the remaining ingredients & mix well.
• Step #7 Spice up with salt & pepper to taste. (I used seasoning salt, sea salt, pepper, and McCormicks Montreal Steak seasoning)
• Step #8 Spoon the mixture into the prepared loaf pan & level the surface.
• Step #9 Bake for about 1 hr, then remove this from the pan & cut into slices to serve.
