Ingredients
-
1 pkg flour tortillas
8 oz fat free sour cream
1 box fat free cream cheese, softened
1-2 bunches green onions, diced
1 pkg Hidden Valley Fiesta Ranch Dip Mix
Directions
First, set out the cream cheese to soften. Next, dice the onions. Then, mix with softened sour cream, cream cheese and the dip mix. Mix well.
Spread thin layer on a tortilla. Roll tortilla up. Cut roll into about five 1 inch pieces. To serve a larger group, spread the mix more thinly. You can stretch it to use up almost 2 pkgs of tortillas if desired.
Prepare ahead recommendations:
If you cut the rolls up more than a few hours before the roll-ups tend to start to dry out.
1) Mix the ingredients in advance and refrigerate until closer to the time your event starts. Roll and cut the tortillas later.
OR
2) Mix the ingredients and roll the tortillas but don't cut them yet. Refrigerate the full rolls (wrapped in Saran). Then cut the rolls shortly before your event begins.
These can be served if desired w/ salsa.
