Introduction

This is something I make that the kids love and is quick and easy. I have 4 kids. :) Has great protein too. Sub nonfat Sour Cream to reduce fat. Also use leaner ham or turkey ham to reduce calories further. I don't because I exercise a TON and am nursing. :) This is something I make that the kids love and is quick and easy. Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    Cottage Cheese, 1% milkfat 16oz
    Sour Cream, 16oz
    8 cups cheese (I use Kraft Mexican 2%)
    Ham, 2 slices, cubed
    10oz-12oz frozen peas
    2 bags (12-16ozs) GF Tinkyada Elbow Noodles, cooked according to bag
    Salt, to taste
    garlic garlic (or garlic powder), to taste
    pepper, to taste
    adobo seasonings, to taste

Directions

Cook the pasta. Cube ham. Mix all ingredients together and pour into TWO 9x13 pans. Bake 30 minutes @ 350. Makes 16 large serving. 8 servings per pan.

Note: I used gluten free pasta. That might change nutritional value if you use whole wheat or other pasta type. Also leave out the ham and peas for picky people. :)
