A quick treat that is full of flavor and one serving of fruit! A quick treat that is full of flavor and one serving of fruit!

    3 tsp brown sugar (I prefer dark brown)
    1 medium fresh apple
    1 tsp cinnamon
    No cal butter or cooking spray


Core and slice the apple into 16 pieces, give or take. You want them somewhat thin.

Spray a small skillet or pan with the butter or cooking spray. Toss the apple slices, sugar, and cinnamon in over medium high heat.

Cook until apple softens, about 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Toss on a plate or in a bowl and enjoy!
