Ingredients

    2 T. olive oil, extra virgin light
    1 T. melted margarine
    3 T lemon juice (fresh)
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 tsp basil (dried)
    1 tsp parsley (dried)
    dash of dill weed
    ground black pepper, to taste
    Haddock - (2) filets or (2) 4 oz servings

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl, drizzle over and coat all sides of fish.

Let fish marinate in solution for 45 minutes - 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 350.

Cook for 35-45 minutes in a glass dish or until fish is firm and flakes easily.
