Ingredients

    2 cups of sliced fresh mangos
    1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
    1 cup of 1% Lowfat Milk
    2 tsp. of Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
    1 cup of ice (optional)

Directions

Place all ingredients into a blender
Blend until all ingredients are well blended
*Crush Ice if added*
Makes approx. 5 1 cup servings.
