Introduction
No-bake, super-easy, healthful protein nutrition bars! High protein, low fat, multigrain, natural, fruit, nut, no sugar added, filling... very very tasty.Slightly modified from the original recipe, at http://thegreatbalancingact.com/eats/apple

Feel free to substitute other dried fruits, nut butters, spices, protein flavors, or even fruits (try pureed bananas or dates!). It's completely customizable, so please share your best combination creations. =)
You can also use all-nut butter and no PB substitute (ie.Better'n Peanut Butter), but the calories will be slightly higher and closer to a meal than a snack bar. Ingredients

* 2 cups rolled oats
* 4 scoops vanilla whey powder
* 4 tbsp Better'n Peanut Butter, or PB2
* 2 tbsp almond butter
* 1 tbsp cinnamon
* 1/4 cup dried cranberries (Craisins)
* one unsweetened applesauce cup (such as Mott’s Natural)
* 1/4 cup water
Directions
Mixed all ingredients except water, then add water until powder is absorbed and mixture is still crumbly. Flatten into a 9×9 pan and stick in the fridge to harden. Makes 8 servings.
