Ingredients

    Pork Tenderloin
    16 oz. picante sauce
    2/3 C. orange juice
    3 garlic cloves, minced

Directions

Mix picante sauce, orange juice, and minced garlic together. Pour 2 C. over pork in a large plastic zip-loc type bag and refrigerate at least 4 hours, turning occasionally. Reserve remainder of marinade for a sauce.

Cook as desired. If broiling, cook for about 15 minutes per side. Let rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.

To serve leftover marinade as a sauce, heat to a boil. Turn down and simmer, uncovered, for 5-7 minutes.
