Ingredients
-
2 egg whites
2 pieces of Dempsters Bodywise Bread (I have also used Pumpernickle bread or a whole wheat english muffin
1 piece of Laughing Cow Cheese
Seasonings (I use a salt free seasoning)
Directions
Heat 8" non-stick frying pan on number 4.
Break two eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Using the egg whites add seasonings of your choice and whip eggs till bubbly.
Spray pan very lightly with Pam. Add egg whites cook till it is easy to flip the egg whites without breaking. If you are using cheese (I sometimes use 11 g or so of Cheddar or Jalapeno Havarti cheese) place cheese on half of the egg whites.
Toast your toast.
Once toast has been toasted and if using cheese it has been melted. Spread laughing cow cheese on one of the pieces of toast. Add cooked egg and top with other piece of toast.
Enjoy.

I just through the yolks away. I am sure there are other things that you could use them for sometimes I will add one in with my sons scrambled eggs. I looked into just buying egg whites and I found that throughing the yolks away from normal eggs was the cheaper option.
