Ingredients

6 Servings coked whole wheat linguine
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup onion, chopped
1 small red bell pepper, chopped
1 lb asparagus, cleaned and trimmed, cut into 1 inch pieces
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 jar Classico Tomato Basil Spaghetti Sauce
6 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
6 tablespoons shredded Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Arrange 1 clove garlic, onion, bell pepper and asparagus in oven-proof dish. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons olive oil. Cook, stirring occasionally until vegetables become soft (about 20 minutes). When finished, set aside.
Cook linguine according to package directions.
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in large skillet, add shrimp and cook stirring often until shimp are orange (about 3 to 5 minutes). Put aside in a seperate bowl.
Dump tomato sauce in same skillet. Add roasted vegetables, shimp and fresh basil. Stir until mixed well and heated through.
Serve over cooked linguine and top with 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese.
