Introduction

The Best ever The Best ever
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Olive Oil, .25 cup
    Chicken Broth, 5 can (10.75 oz)
    Onions, raw, 1 large
    Carrots,4
    Celery,3 stalks
    Turnips, 2 medium
    *Bok Choy, 3
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz)
    Stewed Tomatoes, 1 can
    Beans, white, 2 cans

Directions

dice all vegies in chunks

put olive oil on bottom of large soup pot and cook onions until done (not brown)

Add fresh vegies and cook for about 10 min. on med heat. Add Bok Choy last

Add tomatoes and broth

cook unill vegies are tender

drain beans and corn

Add to soup and bring to a simmer for about 20 min.

Serve it up and enjoy.

** you can add meat (ground turkey is great) different vegies, small noodles.........be creative.
