Introduction

Yummy super moist chicken dish that goes great atop a salad or with whole wheat pasta and a nice fresh marinara sauce. Yummy super moist chicken dish that goes great atop a salad or with whole wheat pasta and a nice fresh marinara sauce.

Ingredients

    4 Chicken Breasts
    1/2 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
    1/2 Cup Non Fat Plain Yogurt
    1 tbsp oregano
    1 tbsp Garlic Powder
    1 tbsp Basil
    2 tbsp Part skim shredded Mozerella

Directions

Preheat oven to 375
1) Pound the chicken till flat and even
2) Mix bread crumbs, and herbs and put on a plate
3) Coat chicken in yogurt
4) Coat both sides of chicken in crumb mixture
5) Coat baking sheet with spritz of olive oil
6) Place chicken on baking sheet and put in oven
7) Flip chicken over at the 15 min. mark.

    This was really good! I used sour cream and added a tbsp. of Parmesan cheese, and used panko bread crumbs. Thanks for this recipe! - 8/14/10
