    1/4 cucumber (peeled)
    1 green pepper (chopped)
    1 onion (chopped)
    1 slice toast
    3 tbsp. Olive Oil
    2 tbsp. White vinegar

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender. Mix. Chill.
