    Chang Farm Bean Sprouts, 3.5 serving (1 full bag)
    Trader Joe's Organic Pea Shoots, 2 cup (1 container)
    Geisha Water Chestnuts, Sliced (1/2 cup), 1 cup(the whole tin)
    Bamboo Shoots, Sliced (Geisha) 8oz, 1 cup (1 whole tin)
    Sun Luck Strip Bamboo Shoots, 1.25 cup (1 whole tin)
    Shirakiku Unagi Sauce, 1.5 oz


Virtually no time to prepare - just a matter of emptying all contents into a wok or skillet and cooking it down. I'd add the unagi sauce at the end of the cooking time. Also I recommend tossing the pea shoots in last as to not overcook them.
