Introduction

Protein meal replacement shake, high in protein, fiber and fat! Protein meal replacement shake, high in protein, fiber and fat!

Ingredients

    1/4 cup lite coconut milk
    1 scoop of Responsibly Slim dutch chocolate protein powder
    1/2 cup half and half
    2 tbs peanut butter - smooth
    About 1/2 cup black coffee
    Ice

Directions

Add crushed ice to blinder (1/2 - 1 cup)
Add enough coffee to cover ice, about 1/2 a cup.
Add all other ingredients and blend to desired smoothness.

I use a Magic Bullet to make these and it works very well!
